Terms and Conditions – Jilievoph Online Gaming Platform Philippines

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Jilievoph ("jilievoph", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilievoph online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, VIP programs, and associated services available at jilievoph.

By completing the registration process at jilievoph, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not a prohibited person as defined in Section 3, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the jilievoph platform following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jilievoph.

2Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account at jilievoph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing jilievoph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for you personally.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has previously requested account closure or self-exclusion from jilievoph.
• You must not have an existing jilievoph account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details current.
• You must not be registered in jilievoph's internal database as a prohibited player for any reason including prior fraud, collusion, or terms violations.

Jilievoph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's licence, SSS, UMID, or passport), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilievoph account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. Jilievoph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Jilievoph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jilievoph support immediately via live chat or email at support@jilievoph.click. Jilievoph will investigate the matter and may temporarily restrict your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

5Deposits & Payments

Jilievoph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Jilievoph does not accept cash deposits or transfers from accounts not in your verified name.

All deposits must come from payment sources that are legitimately owned and controlled by you. Jilievoph complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

• Deposits are credited to your jilievoph account immediately upon successful processing.
• Jilievoph does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Jilievoph reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• In cases where a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider, jilievoph will deduct the corresponding amount from your account balance and may suspend your account pending investigation.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jilievoph are processed to verified payment accounts in your registered name. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, jilievoph will complete full account verification. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your withdrawal method matches your verified account name. Jilievoph may request additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts.

• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Jilievoph does not prioritise withdrawal processing based on account tier, though VIP members may have elevated withdrawal limits.
• Only real money funds and cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Uncleared bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met.
• Jilievoph reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such delay.
• In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, or terms violations, jilievoph may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Players will be informed of the reason for any hold.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Jilievoph offers a welcome bonus, periodic reload bonuses, tournament overlays, rakeback for poker players, and other promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general bonus terms, supplemented by specific terms published on each promotion page.

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real money funds. Real money funds are wagered first unless your account settings specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page at jilievoph.
• Jilievoph's welcome bonus is available to new registrations only. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim a bonus again will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited.
• Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim period will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds that remain uncompleted at the end of the stated expiry period will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Jilievoph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given, but this is not always possible in cases of fraud prevention or technical issues.
• Jilievoph may withhold bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.

8Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets at jilievoph are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

General gaming rules applicable across all jilievoph products include:

• Jilievoph's decision on all gaming outcomes, disputes, and rules interpretations is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 16.
• Technical malfunctions void all related bets. If a game is interrupted and cannot be completed, jilievoph will refund the wagered amount to your account.
• Where a bet is placed after the event or market has closed due to a system error, jilievoph reserves the right to void the bet at its sole discretion and return the stake.
• Obvious pricing errors (i.e., odds or game payouts that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error) do not need to be honoured. Jilievoph will void bets placed on such errors and notify the affected players.
• Sports betting markets at jilievoph are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Jilievoph's settlement may be based on results available at the time of settlement; any subsequent amendments to official results by the governing body do not automatically trigger a re-settlement.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at jilievoph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the jilievoph platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits at jilievoph.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jilievoph's systems for financial gain. Players who discover a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of game manipulation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Placing bets on your behalf for another person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise prohibited from using jilievoph.
• Engaging in any behaviour that jilievoph reasonably determines to be abusive toward other players or jilievoph staff.

10Responsible Gaming

Jilievoph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive regular on-screen notifications about time spent playing.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jilievoph platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand names, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of jilievoph or its licensed suppliers. No part of the jilievoph platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jilievoph.

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilievoph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, or exploit any component of the jilievoph platform.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilievoph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real money funds held in your verified account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Jilievoph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures or interruptions beyond jilievoph's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers.
• Errors in your own device, browser, or software configuration.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the jilievoph platform that contained a technical error subsequently corrected.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilievoph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jilievoph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting jilievoph support. Upon voluntary closure request, any real money balance in your account (after deduction of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Jilievoph may close your account at any time by providing notice to your registered email address in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or any associated platform policies.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (in which case the account balance will be held for a further 12 months before being classified as dormant).
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, jilievoph reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Players will be informed of this in writing.

14Amendments to These Terms

Jilievoph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the jilievoph platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud prevention reasons.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every page on jilievoph. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. Your continued use of the jilievoph platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment to the Terms, you must stop using jilievoph and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from your use of the jilievoph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and laws. Jilievoph operates under a valid gaming licence, and regulatory compliance is a condition of platform operation.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the standard support process, jilievoph will engage in good-faith mediation. Players acknowledge that by agreeing to these Terms they are waiving the right to pursue class-action litigation against jilievoph for individual disputes.
